Our Services

Eloqvia provides ready-made compliance eLearning courses delivered as digital files in your chosen format (SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, AICC, or cmi5). Our services are intended for business customers only. We do not sell directly to consumers.

How Purchases Work

We do not process transactions directly through this website. To purchase a course, you must contact us via the enquiry form or by email. We will provide you with a quote and, upon agreement, an invoice with a payment link. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order in writing and payment is received in full.

Delivery

Course files are delivered digitally by email following receipt of full payment. Delivery is typically completed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. We will confirm the format required before delivery. You are responsible for ensuring your Learning Management System is compatible with the chosen format.

Ownership and License

Upon full payment, you receive a permanent, non-exclusive license to use the purchased course file within your organization. You may deploy the course to an unlimited number of learners within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the course file with any third party outside your organization. You may not modify the course content without our written permission. Eloqvia retains all intellectual property rights in the course content.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are delivered as digital files, we do not offer refunds once the course file has been delivered. If you have concerns about a course before purchase, we are happy to provide a preview. Please contact us at info@eloqvia.com before completing your purchase.

Optional Annual Update Plan

For regulation-linked courses, we offer an optional annual update plan. This is a separate agreement and is not included in the base course price. The update plan renews annually and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation of the update plan does not affect your ownership of the original course file.

Accuracy of Course Content

We take reasonable care to ensure our courses are accurate and reflect current legislation at the time of publication. However, legislation changes and we cannot guarantee that course content remains current at all times. Regulation-linked courses are updated when significant legislative changes occur, for customers on the annual update plan. We accept no liability for any losses arising from reliance on course content that has become outdated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eloqvia's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vigo, Spain, following an initial attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
