Why it matters
Harassment law is getting stricter. The UK Employment Rights Act 2025 raises the standard to "all reasonable steps" and introduces direct employer liability for third-party harassment. Organisations that cannot demonstrate they have trained their teams are increasingly exposed, both legally and reputationally.
